A Modern Approach to Ancient Wisdom & Healing

Break free from the weight of stress

Why You Might Be Here

  • You feel constantly overwhelmed by work, relationships, or life’s demands.

  • Your mind never seems to shut off, and relaxation feels impossible.

  • You’re exhausted but can’t seem to rest in a way that actually restores you.

  • Stress is impacting your health—headaches, tension, digestive issues, or chronic fatigue.

  • You’re irritable, reactive, or emotionally drained, and it’s affecting your relationships.

  • Stuck in patterns that keep you feeling anxious, restless, and depleted.

When Stress Becomes a Way of Life

The effects of stress don’t stay contained in one area of your life—they seep into everything. It can make you feel distant from the people you love, disengaged at work, and disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’ve started avoiding things you once enjoyed, or your inner critic has gotten louder, making you feel like no matter how much you do, it’s never enough. Over time, stress can erode your sense of self, leaving you feeling lost, unfulfilled, and stuck in a cycle of exhaustion.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

You Don’t Want To Live This Way Anymore

At some point, you realize that pushing through isn’t working anymore. You’re tired of feeling like you’re always behind, always tense, always carrying more than you should. You’re ready for something different—for a way to navigate life without feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or like you’re just barely holding it together. You want to breathe again.

A New Way to Approach Stress: Modern Wisdom for Modern Life

At The Art of Monday Morning, we take a modern, accessible approach to ancient Buddhist teachings, helping you shift your relationship with stress instead of letting it run your life. Stress doesn’t come from what’s happening around you—it comes from how your mind interprets and reacts to it. Through mindfulness, awareness, and self-inquiry, you’ll learn how to respond to life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and ease. Instead of being consumed by stress, you’ll learn how to move through it with a greater sense of control, balance, and inner peace.

Our work is rooted in practical, actionable techniques to reduce stress and bring more ease into your life:

  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction – Learn how to calm your nervous system and shift your response to stress.

  • Buddhist Coaching for Stress & Overwhelm – A practical, modern approach to ancient wisdom for real-life struggles.

  • Guided Self-Inquiry & Reflection – Understand the thoughts and patterns driving your stress so you can change them.

  • Somatic Awareness & Breath Work – Use your body’s natural ability to regulate stress and restore calm.

  • Practical Tools for Everyday Life – Simple, effective strategies to bring peace into your daily routine.
