A Program of Six One-Hour Training Sessions to Sharpen the Mind, Inspire Innovation, and Build Cohesion for Organizational Leaders & Teams

Designed to be delivered virtually and during times that work best for your organization, this program was created to enhance team performance, improve organizational effectiveness and communication, and boost individual confidence and resolve without the need for a substantial time commitment.

Each one-hour session includes:

  1. Something pivotal—A new idea that challenges ineffective, unclear, and stagnant ways of thinking.

  2. Something practical—A ready-to-use, evidence-based tool, strategy, or method to increase the quality of individual’s thoughts, motivations, experiences, and actions.

  3. Something to practice—A thought experiment or visualization to deepen understanding and foster ongoing change and growth.

Sessions are scheduled at the convenience of the organization (e.g. early morning, lunch and learn, late afternoon, etc.). Additionally, while each session builds upon the material, they also each stand alone—though encouraged, there is no requirement that participants attend all six, and no prior experience necessary.

Program Outline

Each session includes specific tools and experiments for future practice, as well as a take-away with session notes, models, and exercises for attendees. Additionally, this program has been priced to be cost-conscious for organizations of any size.
